Our vision
We want to achieve in the near future more than companies have achieved in the past: Create an ecosystem where our team can grow and evolve over a lifetime.
Consulting is often seen as a short-term mission, we want to change it. If we grow enough, we will be able to offer more mobility between sectors and clients for our teams.We will also be able to strengthen our training center, to keep everyone up to date and ready to face changes in the market and the world. We want to grow without affecting the support of our teams, for every new hire we reassess the effectiveness of the follow-up process in place. We are a growing company with the ambition to stay a family and to have fun.
In terms of projects, we want to keep on solving the critical issues that our world faces and contribute to a better future.
Each investment counts 2 points in time. It may be short term, middle term but when it comes to people, it's a long-time deal. We select our peers based on a high perceived present value and work hard to give them the best platform to scale. Creating strong and confident humans is a key to believing that we can face all challenges in the future with innovation.
The only constant is change, we accept that we can't change that. What we can change is how it will change. We want a fair and better world because we have families and for our children to benefit tomorrow. We can achieve this by participating in projects that will be the blueprint for tomorrow's societies.
We want a linear correlation between our growth and our support for our teams which means "proximity no matter the scale".
